Great explanation on arbitrary power and the abuses by the Federal Government! PLUS SOLUTIONS! We the People (via State Representation) need to define the power We are willing to acquiesce to the Federal Government. Rampant and Unconstitutional "Legislating from the Bench" is a major concern, as are arbitrary Executive Orders which have torn the fabric of our society, hurt our Economic well-being, and threaten our National Security.
The State initiated Amendment process (for We the People) is a great gift, and a well needed Check to instill copacetic Balance of Powers. Well crafted Amendments have, and will send clear demands for the primary goal of the Constitution: to "Secure the Blessings of Liberty" for We the People!
(This is why I dedicate so much time and effort on Article V of the US Constitution, in my US Congressional Campaign. We the People have great Hope in our Constitution, and We the People absolutely require a paradigm shift for Freedom from the tyrannical dictates of an Elitist Few!)
